Inlingua School Civitavecchia.

For inlingua School Civitavecchia, we designed and developed a digital ecosystem that integrates the school’s website with dedicated tools for managing students, courses and exams.

The institutional website presents the school, its courses, certifications and services, providing the main online access point for students and families.

Alongside the website, we developed a dedicated student platform where users can register for courses and exams and access services related to their learning activities. The same application provides staff with an administrative area for managing courses, exam sessions, registrations and participants, bringing together activities that previously required separate tools and processes.

The platform also supports communication with student groups, allowing staff to share information and learning materials through the communication channels students already use.

The ecosystem is completed by a dedicated Cambridge exam portal, connected directly to the management platform. Exam sessions created by staff are synchronised with the portal and published in the exam calendar, keeping internal management and public information consistently aligned.

The result is a digital infrastructure built around the school’s actual workflows: from the first interaction on the website to registration, and from course management to the organisation and publication of exam sessions. Websites, applications and data work together as parts of a single system, reducing manual processes and simplifying the staff’s day-to-day work.
